The practice
Portfolia AI Advisory was built to help leadership teams make platform decisions that hold up — commercially, operationally, and over time.
My background spans enterprise software leadership, customer success, and operating roles across organisations including IBM, Adobe, Software AG, Dynatrace, and Telstra.
Over time, I saw the same pattern repeat: important software decisions were often shaped by process momentum, internal noise, or vendor theater rather than disciplined judgment. That is the gap this practice is designed to close.
What I bring
How I work
This is a principal-led advisory practice. Clients work directly with me on decisions that matter.
The work is structured, commercially grounded, and designed to hold up in the real operating environment.
Buyer-side diligence is the primary focus. Fractional CCO work is selective and conflict-screened.
Speaker, moderator, and advisor across customer growth, enterprise infrastructure and SaaS software diligence, and Customer Success leadership conversations.
Experience Shaped Across
The perspective behind this practice was shaped inside global software and technology companies.
